We are excited that you've decided to Bling with us!   Please remember that our merchandise is extremely delicate and requires delicate handling.  We want you to enjoy your purchase.  We strive for excellence, however, if you find that one of your stones has gone missing please let us know.  If we are notified within 30 days of your purchase, we are more than happy to repair or replace your item (based on our sole judgement).  Please email us at everythingblingsboutique@gmail.com and we'll email you regarding the next steps.

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship out your order within 48 hours (M-F).  Our standard shipping method is USPS.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.  If you've selected in store pick up an email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving merchandise.

Final sale: Event, holiday, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cash purchases: Items paid for with cash must be returned in person for a cash refund. If returned by mail, a store credit will be issued.

Return requirements:

• Items must be unused and undamaged.

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BLING

Wearables

Wash your wearables by hand or on the gentle cycle in cold water.  Do not use the dryer.  Towel dry to remove excess water and let them air dry.

Purses & Handbags

Be careful where your place your purse.  Don’t allow it to bang up against hard surfaces. Wipe outside with a damp cloth if necessary. 

Headwear

Wipe fabric and around stones with a damp cloth.

Jewelry

Remember that the jewelry that you’ve purchased is “costume” jewelry.  To extend the life of your pieces, don’t wear them everyday.  You should also not wear your jewelry when showering, washing your hands or putting on lotion.

The water and chemicals will loosen the stones, dull the shine and cause it to turn.  

Drinkware

Do not submerge your drinkware in water or put it in the dishwasher.  Carefully rinse the inside with warm water and gently wipe the outside with a damp cloth when necessary

Eyewear

Clean lenses with lens cleaner and gently wipe the frame around the stones.

Footwear

Wipe with a damp cloth

If your shirt arrives stuck together due to the adhesive, you may use an iron on high heat to release the fabric without causing any damage. Apply the iron to the back of the shirt to gently loosen the adhesive, allowing you to carefully separate the fabric.
